Does the idea of stepping into a gym make you cringe, or do you feel uncertain about what exercises to do and how to do them safely? If you’re worried about injury and want to build strength without feeling intimidated, you’re in the right place. Be STRONG is a program thoughtfully crafted for women who are new to strength training or looking to ease back into it. It’s designed to help you reduce body fat and gain lean muscle, making everyday movements feel easier and keeping you strong enough to enjoy life—now and in the future.

 

Here’s What You WON’T Need:

1. A gym membership

2. Hours of time to work out

3. Expensive or complicated equipment

 

Program Goals:

​• Reduce body fat

  • Safely build muscle, feel stronger and more agile using simple resistance band exercises.

• Maintain your independence, so you can keep doing the things you love for the rest of your life.

• Feel confident in your movements and daily activities.

• Prevent serious injuries—if you fall, you’ll bruise, not break.

• Stay out of hospitals and nursing homes, and avoid needing help with daily tasks like getting off the toilet.

• Stay active and mobile so you never have to worry about losing your freedom or dignity. 

 

Overview:

• Workouts: 24, 20-minute strength training routines with video demonstrations, using just resistance bands
